How to make a claim:
In the event of a claim it is always best to notify us first. To make a claim, please call us toll free at:

Please be sure to have the following information ready when calling us, or included with your email so that we can identify your policy and begin the claims process as soon as possible:
- Your full name.
- Address and postal code.
- Circumstances of the claim.
- Contact phone number.
- Your policy number.
On a holiday…
Claims generally do not need to be reported to your insurance company until the next business day, but if you prefer to report it immediately or if it’s a serious accident that requires immediate action to prevent further property damage, please reach out to the appropriate insurance company as shown on your policy documents.
