How to make a claim

In the event of a claim it is always best to notify us first. To make a claim, please call us toll free at 1-888-302-6388.

Our office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. An answering machine is available after hours and is monitored on weekends, so please leave us a detailed message.

Before you call

Please be sure to have the following information ready when calling us, or included with your email so that we can identify your policy and begin the claims process as soon as possible:

  • Your full name
  • Address and postal code
  • Circumstances of the claim
  • Contact phone number
  • Your policy number

What else you can do

Be sure you report any stolen items to the police as soon as possible. If you need to take action to prevent further damage or loss then please do.

What happens next

If you have notified us of your claim by email, a representative of our team will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours, to let you know if they need any more information from you.
